Is illegal immigration really illegal?
Think about it.
If it was illegal to come into this country without the proper documentation, then why is it that the US Government allows businesses certain loopholes to allow the hiring of illegal immigrants? What do you mean some of you will ask. Well, it is illegal for companies hiring people to ask for citizenship status and of course, businesses are allowed the simple excuse of, "It's not our job to distinguish if the documents provided by employees are legal or not."
The reality is, the rich people of America sponsor and/or endorse certain politicians and these politicians make sure these rich people are taken care of and this is why illegal immigrants will forever be a part of America.
There is however a 100% fail proof way to get rid of illegal immigrants once and for all and it doesn't require any new laws by border states nor any city or county enforcement of new illegal immigration laws, etc...
It simply requires 100% backing by the US Government, mainly the Social Security Administration. Now how can the SSA help with illegal immigration you ask? It is very simple. Every American who has ever applied for anything in their life knows that other than your ID, there is one other document that you are asked to show proof of and that is your Social Security card....which of course has your Social Security number that is exclusive to you and you alone.
So again you ask, what does this have to do with illegal immigration? Well, in order to work in this country and/or apply for any type of government assistance, people have to show a Social Security card, thing is, anybody can print out a fake SS card. Well, let's say everybody today in the US would be required to obtain a new SS card and of course, everyone will have to provide the proper documents, birth certificate, State ID or Driver's License, etc... Since the SSA is a run by the government, they will be able to ask about citizenship and will be able to distinguish if a document is fake/fraudulent or not or if the documents are from other people(deceased or alive) or from victims of identity theft, etc...
Let's say we are made to pay for this new Social Security Card..say anywhere from $15-40, some of us might hate that part of the idea but you do realize you are paying more right now in the form of tax dollars to illegal immigrants that are provided government assistance, etc..., right? Anyhow, this new SS card will be very similar to the new driver's licenses now being provided by states that have some type of swipable bar in the back and of course your picture, etc... Since the picture will be incorporated into the plastic of the card itself, it would be very hard for someone to just try to change the photo on it, etc... This also means that if you should lose your card or get it stolen, nobody will be able to use it because of course, the picture will not match the person who is trying to use it.
I hope by now you are understanding why I say a new Social Security card of this type is a 100% fail proof way to get rid of illegal immigrants. Here's how...
1. It will be very difficult for illegal immigrants to use fake documents to get a new Social Security card. Say they try to use legal documents but of a deceased person, the US Government should be able to find out almost immediately if this is the case thus either deterring illegal immigrants from trying to use them or busting them right then and there.
2. Without this new type of Social Security card, these people will not be able to get any government assistance, get a job because of course, they won't be able to hand their employer a fake card anymore since the picture of the person on the card won't match, etc.
3. These people will not be able to have any bank accounts, etc...
Basically, these people will have to work for cash where they're more likely to get underpaid and not too many people will want to pay cash because they can't write it off for tax purposes, etc... This will basically kill any chances for these people to survive in the US and they will start leaving voluntarily or turning themselves in for deportation because the way of living they once had will be ruined.
Think about it, it might take a couple of years but we won't need any extra border security, people won't want to come here illegally anymore, there will be more jobs left over for Americans or legal immigrants, etc... This will force these people to start filing for legal status instead of just bumming around taking advantage of what America has to offer, etc...
I am Hispanic but I am against illegal immigration. Forcing all Americans to get a new almost un-counterfeit-able Social Security card is not racist and although some groups will be against it, mostly Mexicans that support illegal immigration, it's nothing like those controversial laws trying to be passed by Arizona and Georgia.
It's time the rich get exposed and it's time we take back our country in a righteous and fair manner that doesn't put any one State or group in the cross hairs other than the US Government which is the culprit to there being so many illegal immigrants in this country to begin with. This plan will also expose the crooked politicians that are in favor of the rich and illegal immigrant labor because anybody that opposes this new sure fire way to get rid of illegal immigrants will prove that by trying to block this measure, well, they don't have the best interest of US citizens and Legal Immigrants in mind.
